could i really be pregnant..again!?
Ok im 17, and my daughter is 10 weeks old. I went on the pill last saturday. So i have taken 3 active tablets. My doctor said it takes 24-48 hrs for the pill to kick in. I now hear you should wait 14 days!!! So here i have been having what i thought was protected sex.. and now i have spotting like when i got pregnant the first time round. could it be related to the pill or could i possibly be pregnant??? whats your views?
Ok well just to let everyone know who is kinda bagging me out here… I only listened to my DR. You would think you’re doctor would be quite accurate, obviously i won’t be seeing her again! i have read the leaflet this morning which is why i am freaking out. I don’t want another child until my daughter is atleast 3 years old. I am not some silly little teenage slut who tries to get pregnant. Please don’t judge me it’s hard enough.
i thought it took a month for the pills to kick in? i’d like to think your dr knows what he is talking about, but it sounds like you could be.

yes you really could be pregnant again the first 6 months after you have a baby is the most fertile time in your life, and didnt you read that pamplet that came with the pills?? you are only safe if you start the pill the day you start your period, if you start on a sunday you have to use a backup method for 7-10 days

You could possibly be pregnant, it usually takes 30 days for the pills or any birth control to kick in fully, but everybody body reacts different to birth control so it kinda depends. Especially if your daughter is only 10 weeks your alot more fertile so I would take a test to be on the safe side!!!

I think that maybe your body is adjusting to the hormones in the pill. that could sometimes cause spotting. which happened when you were pregnant. dramatic changes in hormones can make you bleed. I recommend you to take a test to find out if you are pregnant. your baby is young and after giving birth you are extra fertile for at least the first two months. test soon to determine if you still need to keep taking the pills. Missing pills can also cause you to spot.

17 and pregnant the second time … good luck!
I do not say anything about teen pregnancy but 2 kids at the age of 17, that is ridiculous!

uh you’re probably not pregnant, but you could be. it does take a little bit for birth control to get in your system. but you’re like super fertile up to 3 months after you have a baby. congratulations on your daughter! you should talk to your doctor about this though.
