I don't remember the name of this movie! Help please?
ahh it’s going to bug me if i don’t get this!
basically what i remember about it is:
There is this high school girl who keeps a diary, where she talks about what happens in her daily life. she talks about all sorts of people, the bullies, the mean girls, (almost everyone in her highschool) etc.. but she creates characters/fake names for them in her diary.
one of her entries accidentally gets published in a creative writing competition, and she ends up winning it. Her entry gets famous, and she publishes more entries, and creates a book.
she goes on interviews and things.
then someone from the highschool points out that it’s all based on stories about them..and that she’s mocking them/putting them in a negative light….
they don’t like her very much anymore…
that’s about as much as i remember. gahh i really want to know
so if anyone you know pleaseee tell me! thank you!
(its a tv movie i think)

IMDB rating: 7.30 Plot: Tradition in Norway, Iowa, can be summed up in one word, baseball. In the small Midwestern town, population 586, baseball is a legacy passed father to son, generation to generation. The Norway high school team is no stranger to overcoming the odds, to playing “David” to the State’s much larger schools’ “Goliath.” When the 1990 team, lead by Coach Jim Van Scoyoc, wins its 19th State Championship in 23 years, it is almost expected. The unexpected comes when bureaucracy intervenes to merge Norway into a larger school, and petty jealousies conspire to rob Norway of its heritage and a 20th State Championship. The legendary coach is fired and replaced with his 24-year-old, one-season assistant coach, Kent Stock — a move designed to insure the team’s failure. “THE FINAL SEASON” tells the true story of an underdog coach and team who despite tradition have been written off not only by their rivals but also by those closest to them, the town. Can they find the faith in themselves, and the faith in each other, to make it to one final championship game — and the chance for redemption? |

To fans of both lakers and celtics.?
Good game today. It was really close…
both of the teams..played well and did what they had to.
but..to the laker fans. don’t start..please.? i know how you all go out there…and start saying all these dumb things like..lakers owned celtics…celtics suck. you know. the typical.
now to celtic fans. dont start saying…oh paul pierce never fouled ron. ron was acting. because paul did foul. kendrick..threw the ball out of bounds because it hit the camera behind the back board. thats out of bounds. and even though…if it wasnt a foul that pierce did or out of bounds..kendrick had. the game is over. the refs call it. and theres no excuse.
mr clutch showed up at the last minute. he had a bad game..overall in my opinon. good celtic defense to hold him down. but kobe does, what kobe has to do in order to put his team in a position to win.
now, laker fans. dont start acting like…we’re leading 1-0 in the finals series , because we’re not.
this is just a regular season game. it isnt a big deal..wheter they lost or won.
by the way, im a laker fan. and yes its a good win. but it was a close one. lots of credit to celtics for keeping the game close..
and isay this all the time..what do we all really want?
a good game right? and this was a good game, with a good ending in my perspective, cause im a fan
and…for the lakers winning…on the road, it makes it that much better being a fan.
how can u be a fan of both of them, if u are ur a bandwagon hopper and deserve to be ran over

Agreed it was a good game, though with multiple questionable calls for both sides. I am a Celtics fan and I really loved their defense and hustle down the stretch. And I’m not going to complain about the refs because it was fair for both sides. I believe what cost us the game was a cold Ray Allen (who also forced a buzzer beater that didn’t go in, where they were only behind by one so settling for a closer shot should’ve been planned) and an inconsistent effort by most of the starters (obviously not Rondo.) Doc should’ve drawn out a better play.
Kudos to Kobe for playing through that coverage by Ray. Though I can’t wait to see these teams in the Finals. All the Celtics have to do is play consistent defense night in and night out like they did in this game.

Actually, lots of credit to the Lakers for keeping the game close, they were playing catch-up through half of the second quarter and through most of the second half.
Kobe had a terrible game since his 3 for 3 start, and settled too much for contested jumpers, whereas he could have driven in and made the defense collapse.
And by the way, they need to expand the instant replay, just because it wasn’t called "out-of-bounds" it wasn’t reviewable even though it was in the last two minutes; thats a small technicality that could have cost the Lakers the game if the Celtics had taken advantage and scored on the ensuing possession

kobe saved the day for lakers.
